Amid the Covid-19 outbreak, quite a few cricket leagues are being cancelled each day. The organizers someway managed to proceed the league for previous couple of days in an empty stadium. However now even they determined to postpone the ultimate leg of the league with quick impact.
The semi-finals of Pakistan Tremendous League and the ultimate match have been scheduled for March 17 and 18 respectively. On the day of knockouts, the organizers took a last-minute name to cancel the league in the meanwhile and postpone the knockout stage. The previous few matches of the leagues have been held on the Nationwide Stadium in Karachi with out the group.
Multan Sultans have been imagined to play Peshawar Zalmi within the first semi-final and Karachi Kings had a face-off with Lahore Qalanders in the second. Lahore had the accountability of internet hosting these all-important matches. However the cricket board introduced some time again that the final leg of the league could be staged at a later date.
